Anyone with a head knows that the world of celebrity is a fickle place at best. Its face changes frequently.
Khloe Kardashian, youngest of the famous-for-who-knows-what sisters, is having to live in the shadow of Kim and Kourtney, although if current talk from the Kardashian Kamp is correct, perhaps it’s them living in her shadow.
Khloe is still coming to terms with her weight; and being in the media’s eye all the time (a position her family have put themselves in) is proving difficult for the youngest of the K Klan. She openly admitted to fans via her blog that she’s feeling the pinch as her weight is still fluctuating, causing her some distress. Her and most of the rest of the women in the western world then.
In her blog she wrote: “I think my weight is my biggest lifetime struggle,” adding, “It’s not the biggest thing in life but it does get you down sometimes. My weight is always going up and down, I’m always fighting that and I feel that no matter what I do, I never look good enough to everybody else.
“That’s been a struggle that I think I’ve gotten a hold of – not caring about what other people think. Now I just have my body to how I like it.”
Well that’s one option. Saying, “I’m happy as I am” is usually an indication of a defeatist attitude, like people who say they’re too old for something moderately challenging; hoping for a magic pill or cure to fix their bodies desire to not starve to death.
The Kardashian’s are attention junkies, they love the fame and the lifestyle, and sadly they have to accept everything that goes with that. The world is looking at your ass. And the bigger it gets, the more we will look at it. So Khloe, despite your excellent support of PETA and their ongoing anti-fur campaign, please accept that the world you’ve chosen to live in will bring this kind of nonsense attention and you have to learn to deal with it not only for your own good, but for all those who look to you as a role model.
