Sexy reality TV starlet and web girl Tila Tequila has signed on to star in the next season of ‘Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew’, a show that sees America’s C and D list celebrities battle out their problems and addictions in front of cameras for the whole nation to see.
According to TMZ.com, Tila will be seeking to get her life back on track after the sudden and shocking death of her fiancé Casey Johnson, and a supposed miscarriage.
After making it official that she was going to be a part of the new season, Tila posted on her blog: “I finally admitted to myself that I cannot rely on taking prescription pills everyday for the rest of my life!”, before adding she doesn’t want to be “another Lindsay Lohan”.
It’s been a rough ride for Tila, whose diabetic fiancé, Casey, died of diabetic ketoacidoses passed away in early January. Shortly following the Casey’s untimely passing, Tila announced she was pregnant, and the news exploded into the media, leaving wondering whether it was true and not just a publicity stunt, and if it was true, who the father is.
A few months later, in April 2010, Tila made public appearances wearing her trademark skimpy dresses. One thing was obviously missing: a four-month pregnancy bump.
Her publicist confirmed Tila was no longer pregnant, telling UK’S FemaleFirst magazine: “She’s not pregnant. There were medical complications.”
Further information on the matter was not available, though some claim to believe a fall she had at her home on February 13 might be responsible, if her Tweets are anything to go by.
“I just felloff of my chair, slammed my head into the wall and heard the back of my skull crack. There’s a dent in it now! Ambulance on the way to my house. I could have a brain concussion and die in a few hours”.
After being discharged from the hospital with a concussion, she continued to post panicky and bizarre messages on her Twitter account (which she has since deleted), including: “I just woke up in the middle of the night cuz (sic) I’m having these intense sharp pains in my belly… Something is definitely wrong. The hospital gave me a list of symptoms (of miscarriage) and this is one of them.”
We hope Tila will be able to overcome her prescription medication and that Dr. Drew Pinsky is able to give her the help she wants and needs.
