Neil Patrick is expecting twins through a surrogate mother in October and is busy doing some research about how to bring up the babies, says a report in www.people.com. The actor is preparing himself by reading a lot. He thinks that this is what he can do the most as the babies will be different individuals with their own particular personality.
“I’m trying to read as much as I can, and prep as much as I can,” People quotes him as saying. “But there’s only so much you can do because each baby is super individual and totally their own person.”
The actor will raise the twins with his domestic partner David Burtka, with whom he has been together since 2004. Neil says he is over the moon to be having children.
The couple let the news out on twitter and said that they are excited, nervous and thrilled for the babies, says a report in www.onedaycelebrity.com. David and Neil have been together for six years and decided to become parents with the help of a surrogate mother. They are also planning to host a baby shower soon. The couple and their fans are looking forward to October for arrival of the babies.
Catherine Bell recently became a parent.
