Recent reports by website RadarOnline.com claim Lindsay Lohan might be released earlier from rehab than was originally planned. After being sentenced to 90 days in prison and 90 days in a rehabilitation facility, Lindsay, who was released from prison after only 13 days, could also be making an early exit from the UCLA Medical Center.
Danette Myers, the prosecutor in Lindsay’s, exclusively told RadarOnline.com that Lindsay is likely to leave rehab early.
“My understanding from conversations with Shawn Chapman Holley is that Miss Lohan could be released early from the treatment facility,” she said. “It is looking as if that is what the health care professionals are going to recommend.”
While Danette Myers was not certain how much earlier Lindsay would be released, she did go on to add: “I will follow what the health care professional advise. That could involve follow up treatment for Miss Lohan, however, it is my understanding that it is looking like the health care professionals will be recommending that she be released earlier than the 90 days Judge Revel previously ordered.”
Comments by Lindsay’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holly, state Lindsay is doing very well at the moment, despite the ordeal.
“Ms. Lohan looks very good,” she told the entertainment website. “She looks healthy. My client is looking forward to returning to work on her many creative endeavors upon her release from the treatment facility.”
Lindsay received her sentencing after failing to attend court-ordered classes as part of her probation for a DUI case dating back to 2007. Judge Marsha Revel, who sentenced Lindsay, recused herself from Lindsay’s case last week.
