Kelly Osbourne sets boundaries to maintain healthier frame

Kelly Osbourne has bid adieu to her yo-yo diet and druggy days. In an interview the 25-year-old singer spoke about how she turned into a health freak and learnt what her boundaries are. Of late the TV reality star has been seen flaunting her toned body in stunning dresses at a number of glamorous events. She has impressively dropped down several dress sizes and is more than chuffed with her petite size six.

The trimmer and triumphant singer, who recently performd on stage with the Pussycat Dolls in Los Angeles, was quoted on the Daily Mail as saying, “Everyone always asks ‘What is the secret?'”, to which she added, “But there really is no secret.”

A lot of determination, with a bit of blood and sweat thrown in, it would seem.

As reported by www.torontosun.com, the former wild child, who has come a long way since her days of being a chubby teenager, follows a strict workout regimen. Three days a week she spends one hour doing strength training sessions and on the remaining four days she runs on the treadmill for 30 minutes. “It is the old fashioned way of making a commitment to yourself and waking up everyday and doing it.” She also adds that the way she eats now is completely different from how she used to eat earlier: “I don’t eat junk food. I don’t have it in my house anymore. I’m more inclined to go for a bag of carrots now than a bag of chips.” However, she also adds that she does not believe in depriving herself of anything. “If I want a piece of cake I’m going to eat a f***ing piece of cake. You just have to learn your boundaries.”
