Heather Locklear has successfully completed her 30-day stint in a rehabilitation facility. The actress, who was seeking treatment for an addiction to prescription drugs, was an in-patient at an undisclosed facility.
Heather, 48, is “doing great”, TMZ reports a source close to her as saying.
Heather was arrested for a hit-and-run incident in April this year, though her team maintains her decision to enter rehab was not related to this.
The ‘Melrose Place’ and ‘Spin City’ actress has previously entered a facility, though for a different reason. In 2008, Heather entered an Arizona clinic to seek treatment for anxiety and depression.
“Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression,” her representative told People at the time. “She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnoses and treatment.”
Heather Locklear is famous for her roles in the hit TV shows ‘Dynasty’, ‘Melrose Place’ and ‘Spin City’. The actress was married to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee for seven years before marrying Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora in 1994. The couple have one daughter.
