Playmate Jennifer Lyn Jackson dies of suspected heroin OD

Ex-playmate Jennifer Lyn Jackson was found dead of a suspected heroin overdose, in her trailer park home in Ohio, aged just 40.

Jackson was Playboy’s ’Playmate of the Month’ in April 1989, and pictures of her often appeared in the magazine, and she was often included in special edition spreads that appeared in the magazine, but sadly fame did not bring the model either fortune or happiness.

In 2007, she was arrested in Ohio for drunk driving, the fifth time she had been arrested over a five-year period. On the most recent occasion arresting officers found beer bottles, marijuana and stolen tobacco in her car.

Jackson pleaded guilty and was given a 180-day suspended sentence, had her license revoked and was placed on probation for 3 years. The previous charges of theft and drug possession were revoked due to her plea, but she was ordered to undergo rehabilitation for drug and alcohol addiction.

Her neighbour in the trailer park, Rodney Klubnik told Fox News he was very sad about her death and described her as a really nice girl, who sadly could not get rid of her drug problem.

“When she was off the drugs she was a really different person,” said Klubnik.
