George Harrison’s short battle with cancer

George Harrison was a man of many talents. He was a musician, songwriter, and film producer who shot to fame on the international stage as the lead guitarist of hit band The Beatles. Harrison developed throat cancer, cancerous tumors in his lung and a brain tumor – all diseases he puts down to his rock’n’roll lifestyle in the 1960s. He died at the age of 58.
